Position: General Manager

About the Position: I was hired before the property even started running. As our chairman belonged from the banking field his expectation was very high from me and even trusted me for hiring all the staff, finding vendors, managing all day to day work. It was a big responsibility for me. It has been 3 months and today we have over 40 staff members. My main job is to manage and look after all the departments which also include daily operations, handling clients and engaging in internal affairs.

Most notable success: Getting hired as a General Manager of this company. I was always fond of the restaurant and fitness culture and Revive provides them all.

Career path to date: I started my career with my internship from Hyatt Regency hotel in Kathmandu where I got to train in Front Office, Food Production, Housekeeping and Food Service Departments. After my graduation I joined as a Guest Relation Officer at the Dwarikas Hotel and now I am working in the position of General Manager at Revive Leisure Park.

Year Ahead: To make Revive Leisure Park a successful project by expanding its current fleet and expand it in other cities of Nepal.

Plan for Future: To contribute in the hospitality sector and provide something unique and better from the experience to the world. I want to own a company like the one I am working at where my passion for food and health happens in one place.
