About the Position: Currently, I am working as a Guest Service Agent at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel. I am responsible for taking care of the hotel’s valued guests following the company’s high standards by being a part of Front of the House in order to create a memorable experience which is unique to each guest.

Most notable success: Being associated with World’s Largest Hotel Company in the very starting of my career is itself a success and a moment of pride. Likewise, I consider being a part of Front Office Department as a very positive and a place for my long-term career growth. To add on, during my internship in Radisson Hotel Kathmandu and Soaltee Crown Plaza in Nepal I was notified to be outstanding trainee.

Career path to date: For the time being I am focused on the current job and position. Also, I am learning and developing more resourceful information and trainings for my better growth in order to create strong base for sustainable career as a hotelier.

Year Ahead: My plans for future is to secure my designation either as a Supervisor or enhancing my current level with broad knowledge. Or I would like to join upcoming new Brands for better experience.

Plan for Future: The future plan is to sharpen myself as a Hotelier as this sector has a numerous opportunities to serve the world with great hospitality. Also I want to peruse my further degree in hotel industry along with learning multiple language.

About IST: IST not only teach their student about the course of hospitality rather grooms the personality, discipline and practicality in each individuals. Within IST, we get to learn and improvise in numerous sectors like building confidence, active participation and emphasize on gaining managerial skills and helps a student for the sustainable career growth.
