About the Position: In both the companies that I have started with my partners I have been associated with it since its inception. At the college, currently I have taken up the position of Principal and look after all the coordination of daily operations, marketing and administration. As for the restaurant I look after the daily operations. There is a supervisor who reports to me but I am responsible for the overall operations.

Most notable success: 7 years of experience at different five-star hotels and living my dream of educating others what I have learnt at IST.

Career path to date: I started my career with my internship at the Danna Langkawi in Malaysia where I got to work in Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Operations in the year 2011. After my graduation I got an offer from the prestigious Dwarikas Hotel where I worked for a year as a Guest Relations Executive from 2012 to 2013. Within a year I was offered a job by Radisson Hotel where I joined them as a Guest Relations Executive where I worked for a year and half until 2015. I was associated with Max Meditech as a Sales Manager which is a company that runs pacemaker programs for a year after my tenure in Radisson. Since 2016 I have been busy with my own college and restaurant till date.

Plan for Future: Continuing my work and imparting the knowledge what I have learnt in IST. I am currently exploring many different areas to broaden my ventures which will be related to the field of tourism and hospitality.

About IST: IST has been a game-changer in boosting my confidence and leadership skill. IST has helped me sort out many obstacles inside and out. I have learned to work in a team, optimize the available resources and develop a managerial attitude.
