About the Position: Ensuring employees are offering exceptional customer service, making sure customers are happy with the service and products, delegating duties, assisting store managers, helping to implement store policies, routing sales productivity reports to staff, motivating employees, handling cash and end of day checking and dealing with customer complaints and issues.

Most notable success: Working together and maintaining relationship with high ranking profiles such as hotelier, general manager, human resources manager from different international chain hotels.

Career path to date: From 2010 to 2012 I was involved with Hyatt Regency in Boudha while I was a student. I was working in the Food and Beverage Service as a Server. For my internship placement I was given an opportunity to work in Visun Royal Yacht, Hotel Sanya, China for a year where I got to work in Food and Beverage Operations and Housekeeping Department. After my internship and graduation I rejoined Hyatt Regency in Boudha this time in Front Office Department as a Guest Service Agent and worked for a period of 2 years. After that I went to Macau and worked at the prestigious J.W Marriott, Macau for 4 years, I was started as an Associate in Concierge and worked my way up as a Supervisor. I took a transfer to the newly opened Marriott Kathmandu Naxal with whom I am associated till date.

Year Ahead: To acquire more experience in hotel industry to groom myself to be a better hotelier.

Plan for Future: My future plan is to explore new business opportunities in the field of tourism & hospitality industry, so as to create more employment opportunities and benefits to the stakeholder.

I genuinely would like to extend my gratitude toward this college for preparing me and making me capable to lead in the corporate world of hospitality.Without their support, I would have never passed out of IST.
