I always wanted to work in China which was probably best option for any of us. The language barrier was the most difficult thing which I was thinking of but the foundation of Chinese language in college helped a lot and as I was very eager to learn the language and tradition. When I came to Sanya, China the first thing I had to deal with was the weather because it was totally different from the place I have been living on. While talking about the work on Sanya, it was quite interesting for me as I was learning many things from the people working on the hotel. As the basic requirement of the internship was to work on two different department, I got to work on Spa for first six months of my intern. Spa was very fascinating department however, the first month of the work was quite challenging for me as I had to handle the calls  and guest who were usually communicating with me  in Chinese. The workmate in the department were really helpful and supporting. They taught me how to communicate in Chinese which I started to note up to be more communicative with guests as it was my duty as Receptionist of Spa. 

Then when it came for the next six months I had to change my department to fulfill the intern requirement. The hotel decided to put me to work in the Cuisine Restaurant(ADD). ADD was not so different in term of communication I had to do with the guest. However, the duties and responsibilities were totally different which was again very interesting for me. I began to learn the work in ADD and started to observe how operation works in a big restaurant like Cuisine. After working some weeks on ADD they placed me on the Reception section on the department where I learnt how to deal with the transaction of the restaurant. Working in the reception of both department Spa and ADD not only gave me idea of transactions but also helped me to practically put all those knowledge I got from my college. Lastly, I would say Sanya was ideal place for not only work but also was very beautiful place to travel around. I got chance to go to many places as it has many beautiful places like Nanshan temple, Yalong bay, Wuzhizhou island, hot spring and so many morewhich were some of the attraction point for many tourist.
